I would like to thank Dr Bhatt and all the staff at Gartside Street Dental Lounge for the wonderful care I have received with regards to my dental journey. I had quite a bad experience with numerous dentists in the past which made me very anxious about attending the dentist again. My teeth were not in a good shape due to medical negligence and so could not smile the way I wanted to and was afraid they would fall out. However at GSDL my treatment plan was thoroughly explained and any questions I had were answered in a clear understanding way which put my mind at ease. The staff provided excellent patient care throughout and are very happy to help. During the process of my implant treatment Nilesh made sure I always felt comfortable with minimal discomfort. Everything was to a high standard and you can see the professionalism in his work. This has made me have a renewed trust in dentist’s especially in Nilesh. I was nervous as it would be my first visit to a dentist in the UK. However, I felt calm and relaxed not long after I had met Dr. Nilesh. Dr. Nilesh was very kind, friendly and crystal clear in explaining my problems and appropriate treatment plan. I highly recommend him.

As someone that has always looked after my teeth for many years, I have always had bad anxiety and was always nervous about going to the dentist, but that's only because of past/recent health difficulties that I suffer with on a daily basis even though my diet is good. I have been a long time patient of Dr Nilesh and I have had quite alot of treatment from him including an implant, white fillings, composite bondings, and more.....His professionalism, his knowledge, his advice, his care, his manners, his kindness and more has helped me so much over-come my fear for the dentist and I would advise anyone to him. I want to mention the reception staff also that are always very welcoming, and are always happy to help you. I also want to say how good the hygienst are also and the nursing staff are as well. The advice and knowledge given really does help me, very reassuring!! I would highly recommend you join up with the Dental plan they offer which I have which is the Gold membership. With this you get 4 hygeinists a year and 2 check ups and more benefits. there is also other plans you can do i think but I just like the fact that my routine checks and teeth are consistently checked/cleaned all year around whilst knowing each month you are covered and that your teeth are well looked after all year round. The dentist itself is very clean, (to posh for me haha) but I just love the whole experience of it from parking up (you can use there own car park spots without the stress of leaving your car abandoned somewhere else and the receptionists will help you) to being well looked after, treated and cared for and just felt like a valued patient of Gartside street Dental lounge. I want to thank all the staff at Gartside and especailly Dr Nilesh Bhatt for making my whole Dental experience more enjoyable and comfortable as it, He has also felt like a good friend also and always has time to listen to my concerns and worries with my other health issues that I have. I couldn’t recommend Gartside street dental lounge more! My visits with Dr Nilesh & Dr Saarah (I believe my dental nurse was called Maria but can’t quite remember, she was equally fantastic) were amazing, both took the time to explain everything in detail and help me feel comfortable when I was nervous. The ladies on reception are also lovely, all are an absolute credit to the practice! So glad I came across this practice and will continue to use them in the future.

I can’t recommend Gartside Street Dental Lounge enough. I recently had an impacted lower wisdom tooth removed by Dr Bhatt. I’m an anxious patient as it is and was extremely nervous but as soon as I stepped in the room him and the dental nurse put me straight at ease. The surgery was relatively quick and painless, and I had clear instructions for after care. Dr Bhatt even gave me an out of hours number for any questions which I really appreciated. The team booked me in multiple follow up appointments to check my progress, and when I wanted to pop in at short notice to check something they fit me in on the day. From the front desk to the dentist, truly the staff there cannot do enough for you, you are always greeted with a smile and support. A tooth extraction is generally an uncomfortable experience, but the team made it a far better and more positive experience than I imagined. Special shout out to Dr Bhatt, Gofran and the dental nurse who was in the room on the day of the extraction (apologies for not catching your name!) who have been particularly lovely throughout this process!

Fantastic Service from Gartside Dental - Reception team are always really friendly, welcoming and are really flexible with helping me to get appointment times that suit my work schedule. It’s so hard to find good dentists especially in the city centre but it is such a pleasure to come here ! I’ve been coming for years and my partner has a monthly subscription which he loves ! Dr. Nilesh is honestly a god send ! I was having trouble with a tooth gem I got done and he was able to removed the gem and clean up the composite left behind in just a few minutes. Hello, I been first time to this clinic one year ago for a check, I met doctor Nilesh and he 's been really satisfactory explaining all the dental plan that was more suitable for my case. After a year I finished my dental plan and the results are stunning. This clinic have super charming lounge, lovely receptionist always there to provide further support or just to welcome you with a nice coffee, the hygienist team it's also fabulous provide you all the advices you need to improve your brush technique. I hadn't been to a dentist for years. My teeth were in a pretty bad state and needed quite a lot of work to get them back to normal. Dr Bhatt and his team were fantastic from the start. They put me at my ease, helping me get over the initial shame I felt at letting my teeth get so bad. Dr Bhatt came up with a comprehensive plan to restore my teeth back to the way they used to be. I've had crowns, bridges and implants fitted and bone grafts carried out. His work is exemplary and I am so pleased with the results. Really lovely clinic. I have dental anxiety and historically have had traumatic experiences with dentists but gartside st have been amazing. Amy and Nilesh in particular have been very reassuring regarding my treatment (in my case two scale and polishes, a couple of fillings alongside maintenance) and the dental hygienists have helped me build confidence and routine with teeth brushing and flossing. There’s definitely a premium to pay (with location and quality of care for example) but the feeling of safety and calm I have felt has definitely been worth paying for and I see myself staying here for care long term. Secondly I am absolutely scared of needles and the dentist was just brilliant with me, he kept checking in to make sure I was okay and comfortable and made me feel at ease. Can’t recommend this practice enough! I had Rob as my dentist for an overall health check on my teeth as well as some advice on Invisalign. Rob was very professional and talked me through everything in detail as well as answering all my questions, I have decided to go ahead with the Invisalign treatment with ocean dental. Lovely staff members, greeted in reception by a lovely lady and made to feel very at ease by the dental assistant. Very clean everywhere!

Ive had issues with dentists before so was quite nervous for my first appointment with them but everyone at the practice was really friendly and put me at ease. Rob did a thorough inspection and was reassuring.

I have been a patient of Ocean Dental for more than ten years. I have always found all the team helpful, courteous and respectful. All dental work has been to a very high standard and the after care has been brilliant.

Great, friendly, professional service and very Covid-safe! The hygienist was excellent.

Previously I only used the hygienist there but my experience has been 1st class each time. They are so thorough and very helpful. Make you feel comfortable and at home, and I always come away happy with sparkly teeth. Because of this level of service, I booked an appointment with the dentist to talk about teeth alignment and whitening and was very pleased with the process and info. Highly recommend this practice:)

Have been going here for a few years and I have always found them very friendly. Can’t complain about anything really. They have cancelled a few appointments on us lately but that is due to covid and the old dentist leaving so you can’t really blame anyone for this.

Overall a good experience and happy I came here. The receptionist was lovely and she made me feel welcome straight away. The only thing I would say is the procedure itself was very painful. This was down to inflammation of my gums which is understandable but I do feel like it was clear I was in a lot of pain and an anaesthetic should have been used. To avoid this maybe there should be a chance to voice any issues or concerns before the visit, so they can be properly prepared for and catered to

What can I say expect all around brilliant practice Nina on the reception is so polite and informed eased me into my treatment and rob was a great dentist really looked after me. The moment you walk inyou are greeted by friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff . The dental staff too are excellent. Treatment is done well and good advice given.

I attended Didsbury dental lounge this week and was very impressed. I had a formal check up on Monday, the dentist was very welcoming and informative. Today I saw the hygienist who was superb. Both he and his dental nurse were fab. I generally have a fear of the dentist like many many others, although this week I have felt at ease just with the friendly staff from reception, to dentists. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks guys.

This was my second visit here and it's safe to say they've both been my best visits to a dentist. Tamara, my dentist is lovely. I suffer from an extreme fear of the dentist due to a bad experience as a kid and every time I've been to the Didsbury Dental Lounge I've always felt calm. The staff are wonderful and patient with you and treat you with the up most respect. I definitely recommend coming here as when I arrive for my appointments I tend not to have my pre appointment anxiety .

Didsbury Dental is a great place. All of the staff are super friendly & polite from the minute you arrive, to when you leave. The waiting area is calming & comfortable & as an extremely nervous patient is very welcoming. My dentist Tamara is amazing! She knows about my anxiety & explains what she is doing & works with me to plan any treatment around my anxiety & nerves. Thank you for accepting me as a patient.

Amazing experience, first time going to the dentist after 3 years, they walked through every step of the process, in a professional and polite way. Gave me multiple options for treatments but didn't pressure me to go for any particular one just explained the pros and cons of both.

I hate going to dentists. They have given me fillings and pulled teeth out. I hate going. I try not to smile so people don’t see my fillings. But then I found Ocean Dental, and Rob has taught me that some do actually care and try to help! Now I can smile! Thank you.

Emma provided me with the least unpleasant teeth cleansing I’ve ever had. Real expertise with friendliness and a warm welcome. Felt very safe and relaxed ( pretty much a first for me at a dental hygienists! ). Thank you.

Had my wisdom tooth pulled today after a deep clean by Rob. I Have to say, although I’ve only seen him 3 or 4 times he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’m gutted that he will be leaving in a month or so. Good luck in the next practice! My appointment today went really well, I’m a bit sore now but I knew I would be. Glad I got the tooth pulled by Rob and I don’t have to wait months for an appointment at the dental hospital. I Was expecting my tooth to be in the bag I was given but when I got home I found it wasn’t there, strange one that. I was looking forward to showing my family how tiny my tooth was lol

Brilliant dentist I’ve used for many years Rob and his nurse are so great with my son who is autistic and Nina is brilliant on reception soon while family goes to this dentist and never heard a bad word about them keep up the great work 😃

Had an appointment today to replace a bit of an old filling. I am an extremely nervous patient with a phobia of injections. The dentist and assistant very sympathetic and supportive, and in the end the treatment was done without having to have any local anaesthesia. Also they do not pressure to go ahead with unnecessary treatments, and explore options openly without any mystery. Explained everything clearly, including explaining my x-rays to me. Very happy. I hope this dentist stays.

My husband attends the Mauldeth road branch. He is very anxious when it comes to appointments of any kind due to his PD. All the staff at Oceans make him feel comfortable and are very understanding and patient with him. It is a very clean and modern environment.

I am not the best person at all when it comes to a dentist visit. But since signing up to this dentist, my fears at a dentist is no longer.. On my first visit, I actually went in, in floods of tears lol as the fear set in. Olivia, the receptionist, is so friendly and welcoming, we always have little chats when im waiting to see the dentist. Tamara and Madison, who are the ones that actually see to me, are absolutely amazing!! From going in with floods of tears to now saying I don't want my next visit to be the last, until six mths time lol Tamara and Madison made me feel so at ease, with me totally surprised at the treatment I was able to let them attend to. This dentist is definitely the best dentist I've ever signed up to.

I never write reviews but this really deserves a 5 star 10 star ⭐⭐⭐ I was so nervous and upset when I walked in, but honestly Olivia is the best receptionist, did her up most best to get me an appointment as I had cracked my tooth and wanted to get it resolved asap. I suffer from mental health and I was very scared and emotional, Tamara the dentist was absolutely amazing in talking me through and taking her time to cooperate with my anxiety. She cleaned my teeth and filled in the crack and I can't even tell it was ever there. I ab asolutely loved my experience and can't wait to see them again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding practice. I had my first NHS appointment this morning. Very nice surroundings. Sarah the receptionist was very warm, friendly and professional. I saw Ramzam, the dentist, who was also very welcoming, professional and explained his findings and care plan in a polite and reassuring manner. The dental nurse was also fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

They have been my dentist for years now and each time I go to them they provide exceptional service. For me it’s the staff that are the highlight, from the reception to the dentist himself, they are so kind and friendly. I went there for an emergency when I had a tooth infection and although the dentist had a car accident, he still made sure that he could help me to cope with the pain and prescribe me something. This really stood out to me. I also went to the hygienist and she was so lovely and did a great job on my teeth. I do like my dentist place.

Just been to see the hygienist at Ocean Dental and was delighted with the care and expertise carried out by the hygienist who’s name I didn’t catch. She did a very thorough job on my ageing teeth and my mouth feels like new!

Visited the hygienist here and can highly recommend. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who was really quick and efficient in taking payment and sorting my details etc, followed by a fantastic appointment with Lauren the hygienist and her assistant Nyla who were both really kind and friendly and provided a really thorough, efficient yet gentle clean. Helpful and reassuring throughout. Perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A really lovely team providing a great service from start to finish, I left feeling very happy so it’s a 10/10 from me, many thanks to all of you!

I have been attending this dentist for a few years, I have had no problems getting an appointment. I have had a few dentists who have always treated me well. I was particularly pleased during my last attendance when the dentist spent time explaining the possible causes of my dental pain.
